Pets cant choose their fate and instead rely on us to do it for them. I have hesitated to post but seeing the posts on this site upset me so much. If you cant afford to even feed yourself then you are out of your mind to take on a pet. They are a responsibility not just an item to discard when you get tired of it. They require shots, food, shelter, etc. While I know everyones situation is different and unpredictable life events do occur I am talking about the just plain irresponsible owners out there. Please think about what you are doing when you adopt a pet and dont get it spayed or neutered. Having an unwanted litter is nobodies fault but your own. Unfortunately as I see the arguments on a re-homing fee I would like to point out that there are cruel people out there looking for FREE animals such as cats and dogs to use as bait animals. So keep that in mind when giving a pet away for free. On a positive note I do applaud those on here actually trying to find their pets ( wanted or not) a loving forever home before taking them to the pound or ....
