Medical Promotions Specialists Main Objective of the Job: To call, promote and sell to customers in order to achieve the target of the line, increase sales of existing products and expand the market for new products. Duties and Responsibilities: • Makes territory sales plan by products and by customers in accordance with assigned sales target. Reports the result and corrective action on a monthly basis. • Achieves sales target both in products and number of customers as per monthly and quarterly plan and increase sales of existing customers. • Makes itineraries and daily activities report of what has been done and how much sales achieved on that day. • Reports on competitor’s activities and market situation. • Expands and penetrates the market with both new and existing products. • Promotes product through good product knowledge and honest and appropriate way of use of promotional materials i.e. samples. • Informs superiors of customer about requests or result of those requests or complains and inform customers on results of those requests and complaints. • Keeps good relation with the personnel of principal, the customers and colleagues. • Reviews regularly the master list and recommends customers for addition and/or deletion. • Submits all required reports. • Performs other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time. Requirements: • A graduate of a four (4) or five (5) year Business or any related course. • Preferably with experience as a Medical Representative. • Must be personable and pleasing, with a go-getter attitude. • Must be a Team Player and a Self Starter. • Must possess an unquestionable integrity. • Must be open to taking assignments anywhere in the Philippines. * Preferably not currently employed and can start immediately.
