* Phase 1 Duffins Village Homeowners * Curb and sidewalk season is upon us! Weather pending, preparation for sidewalks will be beginning next week, followed shortly afterwards by curbs. This will inevitably involve minor inconveniences to you as this work is being performed in front of your homes. Be aware that parking will be limited, as driveways and front yards will be blocked. SHORT NOTICE will be given to have your vehicles removed from driveways/garages as sections of sidewalk and curb are poured. Parking WILL be available on the street. We would appreciate that you pay special attention and care to these areas of freshly poured concrete so that they can cure without damage, adding to the quality of the Duffin’s Village community. Final lot grading and sodding will continue until the cold weather arrives, and will continue next spring.
