Phenomen Films UK (organisation profile) STUDIO CO-ORDINATOR/ASSISTANT PRODUCER This is a UNIQUE opportunity for a qualified candidate to join the established and growing post production arm of Phenomen Films, currently post producing The Dau Project. We are looking for a dynamic and creative coordinator to manage our London Studio. You will be an ambitious, highly motivated team player who has a passion for art, film and developing trans-media. You should have strong management skills as evidenced in your CV, a natural facility for honest and intelligent communication and a strong desire to learn and grow with this ambitious, artistic company. Currently we are involved in the post-production of a slate of feature films and multiple TV drama series together with a trans media project which are all part of DAU. As is the nature of working in the creative industries sector, our Studio Co-ordinator/Assistant Producer will need to embrace and thrive in the challenging environment of a busy and sustained post production schedule whilst also being able to adjust to the unpredictable and spontaneous development of such an ambitious arts project. This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate who displays dynamic leadership qualities to develop and grow with and across the project. Daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: - Equipment & Studio Maintenance - Act at the primary point of contact with internal and external clients at Phenomen Films UK - Management and co-ordination of daily studio schedules and staff - Management of our in house studio canteen and chef - Co ordination of Studio administration - Recruitment and research Applications to info@phenomenfilms
