Who invented these jackets and why do trainers and corner men wear them? Any way,last week was a huge success as the boxing faithful filled the venue - 2300 Arena, South Philadelphia - and reveled in the action. In the main event Fred Jenkins Jr. stopped in Jeremy Trussell in the second round of a scheduled six-round middleweight bout. 2014 National Golden Gloves champion Christian Carto was simply outstanding - using every inch of the ring displaying his wares landing from his arsenal - winning his bout to the delight of his fans who packed the house.
