“Philosopher, orator, apostle, legislator, warrior, conqueror of ideas, restorer of rational dogmas, of a cult without images; the founder of twenty terrestrial empires and of one spiritual empire. That is Muhammad. As regards all standards by which human greatness is measured, we may well ask, is there any man greater than him?” - Alphonse de Lamartine This is one of the many descriptions of our beloved Prophet (saws) by non-Muslims. If this is the level of respect he holds with them, how do they expect our hearts to not inflate in pride and love for him? How do we stay silent as they question his honour? To insult the man we love more than ourselves is to insult us.
