Phnom Penh Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport General Secondary Education Department ACUs working groups led by HE.IM Chanthol has been examining the processes of extracting, adding marks by computers and verifying results at the general secondary education department. 5 ACU officials named as below were assigned to scrupulously observe the working processes of the sub-commission of MCS management. The roles of the about-mentioned sub-commission are as under: 1-Receive MCS from head of scoring center and count MCS according to each subjects. 2-Register suite numbers of MCS 3-Eject MSC sheets to group 1 proctors 4-Receive MCS and Print Out from group 2 proctors 5-Eject MCS sheets and Print Out to sub-commission of scores verification and 6-Receive MSC and Print Out already examined etc. This process may take days to finalize.
