FOREST HILL. Monday. Glen Cairn Arbor Day,-There was a good attendance at the Glen Cairn State Schools Arbor Day celebratlons on Friday. Part of The day was devoted to planting a silky oak and sivler wattle trees, and other Arbor day work, and a sports programme was conducted. Refreshments were provided by the School Committee, the wives of members and other helpers attending to the luncheon. The committee consists of Messrs. F. Childs (Chairman and Secretary), F. Bichel L. Sippel, F. Luck, W. Friske, W. Lerch and W. Jackwitz. The sports resulted- Throwing at wicket, senior boys: Douglas Luck. Senior girls: Violet Friske. Juniors: Frank Luck.
