Phyllis Allen. I would just like to take a moment to recognize the passing of not just a resident or friend of the rose house, but a member of our family. Phyllis is one of the sweetest ladies i have ever had the pleasure of knowing. She was always around with a funny story or a pitch trying to sell her refrigerator to the men mowing the lawn in the hallway. She made us laugh and she made us cry. She had a personality that no one will ever match. She could make your day just by looking at you, and she had a love for her family and husband that i have never seen. she was high society and you better never forget it. she had tea in london and was back at the rose house for dinner. She made each day a new adventure. She was a painter, a teacher, a mother, and a wife. she was a delicate flower, and one of my best friends. I will miss her more than words can describe. We will all miss her. I love you Mrs. Phyllis
