PiYo Push Ups! Talk about heart pumping and strength building. You start tall and roll down one vertebrae at a time. Walk your hands out into plank. Here turn your hands slightly outward to the corners of the room and bring your elbows in for three tricep push ups. Walk your hands back, roll up one vertebrae at a time. Repeat for amazing results. Locals join me tonight for PiYo Live at 6:45 pm. Video is done with hyper lapse for your convenient viewing. One regular set and one modifier tricep on knees.
