Picnic - Potluck information for Sunday, June 9th Mays’ Pond clubhouse address: 17730 Brook Blvd., Bothell Link for clubhouse directions: mayspondliving/directionstoclubhouse.html The clubhouse/park area has a parking lot (on the right side of the street), a playground (on the left side of the street), a clubhouse (on the left side of the street before the playground), a pool (which is off limits to our group), and a large field (behind the clubhouse), that includes a baseball field. You need to walk behind the clubhouse to get to the field. We will be gathering in the field. There is nothing other than a baseball diamond in the field. Please bring the following items: 1) Picnic-style potluck food (no access to heat or cool food) 2) Drinks to share or at least drinks for your family 3) Temporary shelters/canopies 4) Chairs or blankets for your family 5) Serving utensils for your food (clearly labeled) *Monroe’s box contains some serving spoons, but not enough for all the food *Both the Hope and Westminster supply boxes will be available, containing plates, plastic silverware, and cups 6) Folding tables *Moores will bring one folding 6 foot table; Hamstras will bring 2 folding 6 foot tables-all three for food *More tables for kids would be helpful *Tablecloths for your folding tables, if you bring a table 7) Things to do *Kids’ activities *Baseball supplies Notes *This picnic is weather dependent, as there is no shelter. The weather looks great, so it shouldn’t be a problem. *There are restrooms available in the clubhouse, if the pool is open. *Please use the facilities at church prior to leaving for the picnic. *The clubhouse is already rented for the day, so the parking lot may be full.
