Picture on the left is last years Sno-Fun Run. Picture on the right is this years Snow- Fun Run. Picture on the right is me, no longer dependent on a knee brace. Picture on the right is me a good ten pounds lighter. Picture on the right is a result of not just me running better, but training better. Picture on the right is me who incorporated; 3 sets of (10/30 burpee push ups.10/30 jumping jacks. 60/180 bicycle kicks. 60/180 mountain climbs and iron cross for 2/6 minutes) Arm swings ( 5 minutes of the quick pump w/ NO WEIGHTS in hands. 5 minutes with 12 POUNDS in each hand, 3 seconds to chest. 5 minutes with 10 POUNDS in each hand, on the quick pump. Iron Cross for 2 minutes with 2 POUNDS in each hand.) Goals for this year is to do more of the same. Tapper down a bit til March, but keep working out everyday. I was good last year about minimizing soda. Now Im gonna cut soda out. Major influences in the changes? TRUCKIN RUNNERS!
