Pink goes on a South Sea cruise but finds out the captain is a pirate. The Pink Panther decides to take a cruise. After the ship leaves the dock, the captain changes his clothes and becomes a pirate captain. He forces the Panther to do various chores. On each task, the Panther makes a mistake and the captain tries to make him walk the plank. The Panther always pleads with him, and the captain gives him another chance. The last time, the Panther accidentally sets off the cannon which destroys the ship. He and the captain seek refuge on a raft, but a shark appears. The Panther and the captain dive into the water and swim away while being chased by the shark
