Pinky Promise Atlanta participated in The Stewart Foundations - TopicsExpress

Pinky Promise Atlanta participated in The Stewart Foundations Annual Pampering Day for the residents of the Women of Gilgal, a homeless shelter for women with addictions. We helped arrange the donated clothes, shoes, jewelry, and purses so that the residents could shop for items with volunteer personal stylists. The women got their hair, nails, and make-up done by other volunteers, then participated in a red carpet fashion show to show off their new looks. It was so much fun to see the transformations of the women wearing the items that we helped them select. At the end of the day, the women were all presented with gifts from under the tree. Our hearts are full and we are so appreciative of the opportunity to share in this special day for the Women of Gilgal residents.
