Pinpoint Defined: Landing a small craft on a fast moving comet - TopicsExpress

Pinpoint Defined: Landing a small craft on a fast moving comet 300,000,000 miles away! I’d love to say Pinpoint facilitation does similar feats but in truth, it does often achieve the impossible. We frequently see on LinkedIn requests to sort out various issues where the normal techniques struggle and often fail. One simple solution was evident when a string came up about introverts. Most of the comments centred around ways to make these types contribute verbally. Very few took it on board that we should allow them to work in their preferred style and we have no right to want to change them for our own requirements. Christmas is upon us and another year on its way out. What an end to the year it has been. The economy picking up, and all indicators showing you are very busy people. Needless to say, we will do all we can to make 2015 an even better year for growth and development. Let’s hope the nation can hold its growth and improve the wages situation after the election – whoever wins. Osborne has just announced that he is £9billion short on tax receipts. Let’s do more work and pay more tax – as my accountant says, “It’s a privilege to pay tax.” If you disagree, don’t write to me! Bruce braves the cold and returns to Moscow for Pinpoint Certification: November 27 marked an historic milestone for Pinpoint Facilitation in Moscow. In an event organised by our partners in Moscow, Personal Image, seven participants undertook a rigorous series of presentations and interviews to emerge as the first cadre of Pinpoint Practitioners in Russia. This marks a landmark some 9 years after Keith’s first meeting with Mikhail and Liudmila in London in [2005]. These, as any, practitioners would have attended a two day Pinpoint User workshop, and a masterclass (extension day) and were required to submit details of workshops which they have run, accompanied by feedback from their participants and sponsors. They also attended a certification day where they were required to prepare a track based on a given scenario, and present part of that track to a panel of experienced Pinpointers. The standard in Moscow was very high, with effective visuals, imaginative agendas and a high level of attention to detail. Congratulations to our new practitioners! Maiia Filina, Natalia Sarycheva, Anastasiya Prikhodko, Aleksandra Tuply,Natalia Klimova, Nina Filonenko, Olga Rogal. We should also congratulate Liudmila, Alexander and Mikhail and the teams at Personal Image and GoTraining, for their championing of Pinpoint Facilitation and Neuland products in Russia. Pinpoint is frequently referred to in presentations at the annual Moscow Facilitators’ Conference and is a highly valued tool in many Russian facilitators toolkits! Well done, Bruce!
