Detroit 4 reported: “If I wouldn’t have had my gun I would be dead today.” A mugger hit Ainsworth with a gun ten years prior and had left a scare. The 51-year old grandmother of four decided to get a concealed carry permit two years ago, and the decision might have saved her life.
