Pitch in, pot luck, bring a dish, whatever you call it, did you know that names that begin with L always bring a veggie dish? Even when you swap veggies from the beginning of the alphabet to the end of the alphabet...L goes with the swap. Today Im going to dinner for 8 where they dont even use the alphabet system and Im STILL bringing a veggie. Some times I buck the system and bring whatever I want. But today, is a small gathering so I cant buck the system. here lies the problem. the veggies that I like are limited to potatoes, corn, green beans and Brussel sprouts (I know right?? odd but Ive always loved them and so do my kids) So Im at a total loss. Potatoes are already on the menu so I need to bring another veggie. What are your easy, go to, dont gross me out or I wont make it, dont forget I said easy, veggie dishes that you take to pot luck dinners. and go......
