Pizza Flour Team Italian pizzaiolo Giuseppe Manco who tossed and baked pies as part of the San Felice flour team at the Las Vegas Pizza Expo, the biggest pizza show in the world, has been named the 2014 World Champion of Italian Style Pizza. Il Canale owner Joe Farruggio and executive chef Antonio Biglietto, who were in Las Vegas for the expo, use San Felice flour at il Canale in Georgetown and were part of the San Felice team with Manco. As a consultant, in the making of pizzas, Manco worked with Farruggio and Biglietto in 2012 at il Canale. Manco now tosses pies in New York City.
