Place: Suzuki Coffee Shop Order: Ice Chocolate 70/- Iced Americano 70/- House Special Blend 70/- Review: Saw the first proper review by Naila and decided to give it a go after work one evening. Because recently weve been looking for a proper cosy hangout over coffee where we can unwind after long work days. Dropped by at a few options and didnt find any one of them tolerable some way or other (Quality, Quantity, Affordability on a regular basis and for the first time ever I was looking for Ambiance)! But Suzuki just knew what I was looking for, I feel. Not that its located in an ideal place or on my way (or anyones way most times) but still made it down there. But it had a lovely soothing environment with Thai style feng shuideco wise. Lots of space still under reno but looked promising and absolutely sincere people behind the desk. The Thai (I think) especially, not so our lovely nationals. Ordered my drinks and realized theres finally a place that knows good coffee, if a tad weak on the Chocolate and House Special Blend. The Iced Americano was pretty awesome though. Americano poured all over Ice cubes with separate sweetener in the form of Vanilla Syrup was provided. And because Ive got a sweet tooth, to my guys astonishment at I my graceless act, I dumped the whole lot in the drink. And stirred it really really well. And was it gorgeous or what! Absolute wonder and surprise. Loved it. And for this at least, Im definitely going back. Otherwise Id say the rest is pretty average and good value for money honestly. But lets see what the Grand Inauguration brings price wise. I also hear they will be introducing Lunch and Dinner Set Meals for 300/- and 500/- respectively. There will also be Breakfast, Snacks and Dessert items available from October 24, 2014 after the Inauguration by the Thai High Commissioner (or Ambassador, cant remember what you call them) and the general public is also welcome. At least I got a unwinding spot until the 24th!
