Placement Opportunity for Child Counsellors / Psychotherapists Family Services UK is a charity based in Deptford, South-East London that aims to help individuals and families to cope with distressing events and life situations. We provide a variety of therapies including 1-2-1 counselling, couple and family therapy, parenting programmes, pre-and-post natal support and legal advice. We have recently set up child counselling services and are seeking Trainee Child Counsellors/ Psychotherapists to help us expand. We work closely with Social Services, Schools, CAMHS & IAPT to provide support for children and their families. While we are currently unable to provide paid work we would contribute £30 towards your monthly supervision sessions.
