Planned a Goan chorizo stuffed potato bread and realised after mixing the dough that the sausages had gone bad. Sudha rustled up some sautéed vegetables (whatever was available). I added some left over Scamorza and Feta and a beaten egg. Here is a loaf that grew so big I had to twist it and turn it till it fitted my domestic oven. So heres the potato bread stuffed with sautéed veggies and assorted cheese and topped with semolina.
