Planning -v- Doing Now listen, you who say, Today or tomorrow we will go to this or that city, spend a year there, carry on business and make money. Why, you do not even know what will happen tomorrow. What is your life? You are a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes. -James 4:13,14 Life is short, ___________hard. Because of the fragility of life, we should live each day to its fullest; we may not see tomorrow. I have had several students, after not turning in assignments, tell me that they planned on doing it, as if they should get some kind of partial credit. After a few seconds of my one-eyebrow-raised, puzzled look, they usually get it and go back to their seats with a forlorn look on their faces. We dont always get do-overs” in life, so when making plans for tomorrow, the weekend or the future, do not procrastinate the important things in our lives; serving our Creator, loving our families and friends, and telling our spouse how much they mean to us. Life is short; live, love, and appreciate hard (dont just plan on it) Have a super day! Phil
