Planning on paddling the Cree River in August? Below is a request from our friends at Paws n Paddles. They have space for one more canoe in the plane and are looking for anybody who might be interested in flight sharing: pawsandpaddlestours/ ---------------------------------------------------------------- Cree River Trip August 2014 Leave La Ronge 12th or 13th of August depending what time of day our flight leaves. (Dates are flexible yet within a few days.) Fly out of Stoney Rapids 13th of August to Cree Lake. Paddle the Cree River, Wapata Lake and Black Lake back to put-in. We are planning to take 10 days at least as we want to do some hiking along the way. But you can do it in as little as 5 days if you take out by Wapata Lake. We anticipate the flight costs to be around $ 3600 (So $ 1200 per party). (This is just the flight, they would have to come with their own canoe, vehicle etc. and can travel their own pace.)
