Played six a side AstroTurf football last night the first time I kicked a ball in five years and I forgot how great the feeling of playing football was. The pace was relentless but you soon find your second wind and that sensation you get when you score goals is something else..... I wont be making a habit of it tho and possibly didnt think it through properly because the recovery time seriously interferes with my Leg Day. I know Im gonna really suffer today!!
