Played with snatching today before some conditioning work. On the way up to a heavy single power snatch I attempted to try get full depth on the snatch (60kg shown in vid) for a few sets. Ended up hitting 76kg (second part of vid) but couldnt hit 82kg for a PB power snatch after a couple of singles at 76kg. Still so much to work on with these but they are fun! Todays conditioning was 3 rounds of: 10 double unders, 15 kipping pull ups, 20 box jumps (ended up as step ups lol), 15 burpees, 10 toes to bar and a 250m run. Took me 20.56 to complete, so for anyone who thinks I shouldnt be in scaled in the weekend, think again lol. Four more days till I get my punishment for not hitting a 300kg deadlift last year.
