Playing around with 405lbs on squats. Recovery week, so not going heavy, just trying out some things and seeing where my mobility needs improvement. I am competing March 8th in Texas and looking to lift: 565lbs squat, 412lbs bench press, and a 671lbs deadlift. That will give me an elite total of 1,648lbs and put me in the top 1% of drug free lifters in the US and setting me up great to qualify for the the World Championships. youtu.be/ijjrMckN-rg
