Playing with swinging on the rings: front-back, side-to-side, and rotating (legs wide, and in L-hang), mixing them up with quadrupedal lunging (front-back, side-to-side, and rotating), and whole-body powered arm swings. My favourite combo for developing healthy shoulders and connecting them to good basic body mechanics. Nearly 8,000 members in this group!
