*Pleasant weather for Most of the Week* *Showers Possible Tuesday & Friday* *Deficit for Rain Nearly 7 ½”* DETAILS - It will be a chilly start to the day across central Virginia but the sunshine will come out and warm us up into the middle 70s. We will see mainly clear skies tonight with lows in the upper 40s and lower 50s. Clouds will increase on Tuesday as a weak weather system pushes our way from the Tennessee and Ohio Valley. This system will bring us a chance of showers during the day, but most of these will be very light. That system will move off of the coast by Tuesday night and early Wednesday morning allowing the sunshine to return for Wednesday. We will see our high temperatures for Wednesday climb into the upper 70s to near 80. Thursday will be a nice day with partly sunny skies and highs in the middle 70s. Another weak system will be over us on Friday providing more showers with highs in the upper 70s. Looking ahead to the upcoming weekend we will see sunny skies with highs around 70.
