Please Captain. Not in front of the Klingons Well, were back with the most notorious and probably the most identifiable Klingon vessel in Star Trek, the iconic D-7. While you next gen people might have been thinking the winged bird of prey (Brel, KVort, FASAs L-42/D-32/K-22, or in some circles the D-12, pending who you follow) you have to realize that the original series showed the D-7 as the pinnacle Klingon design. Even the Romulans were to have their own D-7 vessels (a.k.a. the Romulan V-11). The D-7 was to first appear in the episode Elaan of Troyus, but because the shows never aired in sequential order, the D-7 actually showed up in The Enterprise Incident first. Im showing five of mine here all at once in different poses. Some of you may have noticed the difference in size of one of them. Ill explain that in a bit. The first pose is a simple five point X or star formation. The second picture depicts an echelon left formation, or JukY Wenthal (ladder of assault) in Fasas Klingon tongue. The third picture shows a wedge formation, or Omal Yuth (brave wedge) in Fasa Klingon.
