Please Share***Please Share***Please Share***Please Share*** New Position!!!! ***Assisted Living Director, RN*** The Inn at Seaport Village Healthcare, Director of Assisted Living- Registered Nurse The new Seaport Village Healthcare, located about a block from Collier’s in Ellsworth, Maine, is seeking an energetic professional to lead the new ‘The Inn at Seaport Village’, a newly constructed 30-bed studio-room assisted living community opening in Ellsworth November 2014. This is an outstanding opportunity for the right individual to join the highly successful Colliers’ executive team as we transition to our new nursing home and assisted living and to guide the dedicated employees who will comprise The Inn at Seaport Village assisted living staff. The successful Director candidate will be full of life and will combine applicable professional knowledge with strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. She or he will have a dash of caring, a pinch of flexibility, a cup of knowledge and a handful of experience – all wrapped in a fun and engaging personality. The Director provides leadership and oversight for all assisted living related activities including: customer satisfaction, sales, marketing, census development, resident health status, regulatory compliance and quality improvement. Additionally, the Director is charged to achieve operating plan goals and with hiring and supervision of assisted living personnel in accordance with company policy. Must possess, as a minimum, Registered Nurse from an accredited college or university. Successful Assisted Living sales and marketing experiences a plus. Licensed Residential Care Administrator also a plus, but not required. Compensation and excellent benefits are commensurate with position responsibilities and candidate qualifications.
