Please all, dont attack each other. This rescue situation should have happened along time ago, these animals were found guilty for being born young men colts and their verdict was solitude in a dungeon environment for many endless years. But please dont blame one another, lets let the police now do their investigation and job. Whos truly at all here to blame one person or many, we dont know for sure, let the police figure that out and do their work. The animals are now safe and will have hoof care, dental & medical care, adequate food, minerals and water and a chance to develop some muscle from atrophy and the light of day to enjoy with loving volunteers helping them with caring hands and loving hearts at LLLF Rescue. The mares/horses still at the Southwick farm are enjoying this time of year in the pasture, sun and fresh air with a pond with endless feed and water (something the young colts/stallions have never enjoyed) and are doing great as long as they are not tied back in that dungeon/barn.
