Please... anyone interested in these FLIPPING SEMINIARS or flip advantage things they are posting, save your money. These people make money off you signing up for their courses. They are US based and their tactics have no relevance in the canadian process. If you actually want to flip a house... you need the following . *either you or a partner your going in on it with need to know how to do at least 80% of the work yourself * you have to have style and modern taste with keeping budget in mind * DOnt bother looking for POWER OF SALES OR FORCLOSURES, because banks now make the listing agents hold the listings for 72 hours so that everyone gets a shot at it and if its a good deal, youll be in a multiple bidding war anyways * you need contractors that know what they are doing... not fly by night mickey mouse ones *you need a time line and you need to stick to it, if it takes you over 3 months... your digging into your own pocket to keep it alive * you need a realtor that knows what they are doing, they are selling u a house not just to sell a house... but to make you money.. make them show you comparables of the area, solds, active currents and what the highest price house on that street with similar square footage sold for when it was all finished.... these things are just a start. If anyone has any questions please feel free to message me. TRUST me.... NOT everyone can flip, so dont let these people that THINK they know what their talking about fool you... Please dont waste your time on going to these seminars... along with the RICH DAD poor dad crap ones... they are just there to coax you into singing up to their next seminar which is MUCH more expensive and thats where they make their money off of... Unfortunately its usually the people that dont have that kind of money to risk that they get to sign up... it sickens me. Flipping is for FUN money ... dont put all your eggs in that basket cause sometimes it doesnt work out the way you planned. Hope this helps you guys someways
