Please can you share your horror stories of using either Stoke Mandeville or Wexham Park Hospitals A&E’s. The Mail on Sunday is running a follow up story to last week’s story of the car crash outside Wycombe Hospital (see link below) and the farcical that the people involved could not be treated at Wycombe Hospital and had to be taken to both Stoke and Wexham.. dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2445992/Car-crashes-70-yards-local-hospital-victim-raced-15-miles-away--A-amp-E-unit-shut.html They are looking for any other examples of people having to travel an uncomfortably long distance to A&E, only to be faced with a long wait in difficult conditions at a hospital which is struggling to cope.
