Please comment IN the article... Can you believe this ? after thousands and thousands of protest letters, tens and tens of petitions, proteste in front of Romanian embassies, letters from officials and personnalities....HE WOULD PROMULGATE the law, the way it was approved in the Parliament, without any RELUCTANCE ?????????? knowing that at this very moment th dog catchers ( the new terroristst on the streets of Romania ) and the ones who coordinate them ( mayors !!!!!!!!! ) massacre animals ?????????? kille them ILLEGALLY ??????
