Please delete if not allowed. Id like to warn people not to use an online store named Chicos whom are based in Auckland. Unfortunately for me almost a month ago I ordered a duvet for my son to the value of $99 plus $6 post. Website stated that it would be dispatched within 1-2 days of payment and it wasnt. The manager/owner is VERY hard to get in touch with to my 5 or so emails i have had maybe three back. These emails question where my goods are, then when replied that the manufacturer hasnt sent them after the website stated that they have arrived i ask why she didnt inform me considering their policy states 100% satisfaction guaranteed and if orders are to be late then the customer will be notified... I am neither satisfied nor was notified. After dancing the circle for a couple of weeks I asked for a time of when my goods would arrive else id like a refund so that i can get a new duvet from somewhere else (my son has just gone from cot to big boy bed). Still no reply. So i emailed again on Monday and asked for a refund and stated how unhappy I was. I was replied to, gave my account details and here we are. Thursday and still no refund. I have just emailed again and had gone to post onto their facebook page only to find that i have been blocked due to my first negative post on their page concerning all this as they were not replyin to my emails. I am very frustrated at paying $105 all up for no goods, i dont recommend that anyone use them and honestly just want my money back. Feel free to tag them if you can, I cant as I was blocked for trying to get some answers. Thanks.
