Please dont ask me hows the gym going? Ive just been lying here in bed wondering why I hate being asked that, well to me its like being asked how has your pooing been going lately? Basically they are the same question to me, sometimes frequent, sometimes not, some can be hard sessions, others soft, you always smell at the end of them. Never really pleasant while its happening but feels good afterwards unless it was a hard one then you are sore afterwards. Im sorry for the analogy but those were my thoughts at 12.45am this morning. If anyone knows how difficult it is for Shane to poo now, well that is pretty much my level of how hard it is for me to go to the gym. Has to be done but not a pleasant experience yet - apparently one day I will enjoy it, maybe those really fit people just have gym diarrhoea.
