Please excuse the shameless plug!! Many of you will be aware of our Marathon Madness project to raise funds to care for the children in the Malavela Orphanage in Mozambique. The Madness began when I attempted to complete the London marathon in April. I found the experience so challenging that I have written a short book offering reflections on the experience. It is isnt a book about running - but about the weird way I see life as i run.
