Please excuse this momentary Facebook SOS but -- our almost-6 month old son hasnt slept for longer than 3 hours in a row at night since the end of June. We have been trying sleep associations (like white noise, blanket that smells like me, no lights, etc), more activity in the daytime, a semi-regular naptime schedule, diet experimentation for me, and variations of the no-cry sleep method... all to no avail. Any words of advice for this sleep-deprived mama and wakeful child?
