ILHAM is a programme by MCEF for Tamil school students who scored 7As in UPSR, where they will be participating in an annual educational,leadership & career guidance camp for free for 5 years (form 1 - form 5) to create quality students. Besides that, the ILHAM scholars will also be receiving a monthly stipend for 5 years.
