Please fully read it! Hi all! Its been a long long time since we spoke regarding the joint project, that we as mentors have to organize. Probably you remember the game that we discussed - Jena Amazing Race. Very short concept of the game is a race of groups of students (newcomers) throughout Jena with challenges to overcome with the goal -to reach the final point first and get the prize. Today four of our mentoring groups had a meeting and we discussed the tasks that are in urgent need to be solved. Furthermore, we elaborated the basic concepts of the game. We agreed that from this point the best date for the event is 6 of December. To organize the project we need 50 participants and at least 16 Organizers - free whole day to contributed for the project. This is where we need your involvement! Just for your information, last year mentors organized Pub Crawl as a joint event and received good grades in GMP. If we dont organize a joint event, there is a big likelihood of not getting good grade. So neither me nor any of you is doing this project for only personal enjoyment. But we should admit that along getting good grade, the game will be fun! This is the simple registration form, please spread it out and invite as more people as possible. We, mentors, are jointly organizing very funny game, called Jena Amazing Race. Participants will have to go through different challenges in order to accomplish the goal. . Date of the game is 6 of December. The place of the meeting is Paradies Park. The time of the game will be announced later and all the participants will get it via e-mail. The game is played in groups. Group means 3 or more students together. If they assign themselves in groups they should use the group registration form. If they are individual players, they should register using individual registration form and we will assign them in groups later. The deadline for the registration is 3rd of December (in case of not getting 50 participants till that date, we will extend the deadline). Any questions? And the last thing, on 26 and 27th you have a 5 minutes report to prepare for Mathias Soll. He will ask you for sure what is your joint project.
