Please help Gisborne Concert Band Incorporated raise $$$ by sharing the link below with your friends with NZ connections. There is a little spelling error which we hope to correct soon. This is our 1st crowdfunding attempt. Gisborne is isolated by mountains so it is difficult and expensive for most to get out to the other main centers in the North Island. It is a 3 hour drive in either direction to the nearest city. This National Festival is one of the few opportunities for our musicians to perform, see & hear other bands & meet other musicians. This a unique community band and totally volunteer run. The Gisborne Concert Mezzo Band is registered with Pledgeme. We are trying to raise $1600 to assist us with getting to the 2013 New Zealand Concert Band Nationals in Tauranga in August.
