Please help me. is there anyone who knows veterinarian? the one who can help me over online? Im now in foreign country. My friend is having trouble with his dog. 21/2 years old Rot having very less response, still Blood pressure stable, oxygen is 92% with O2... having NOSE BLEEDING. Doctors cant figure out. They ask for 1700$ to treat her which my friend cant afford now. Thats why im asking for help. If not, they r going to euthanized (kill) her. Help me plz...
