As a Black man among many innocent victims, Í was beaten up, tortured and terrorized in Jacksonville, Florida by a police officer inside my premise without any justification. As a result, I am suffering since with total and permanent physical and psychological injuries. So deceitful is the American justice, Ive been fed with a daily bread of injustices facing the disease of racism and the toxication of corruptions from the government, my ex attorney Ronald S Guralnick and Ronald S Guralnick P.A in coalition with the mobs. Yet, they kept 11 million dollars settlement offer that I agreed upon to be collected for my permanent injuries. Still I havent received a dime. Honorable Mr. President Barack Obama, please help me regarding. Furthermore, on the other hand, the State of Florida Child Support Department robbed almost 5,000.00 dollars from my TIB bank trust fund account. It was a robbery because the State of Florida withdrew approximately 5,000.00 dollars from my TIB bank trust fund account without my knowledge, a warrant or a court order. The US former presidential candidate, Mr. Mitt Romey retains the ownershp of the TIB bank as a buyer. The State of Florida Child Support Department claimed that my trust fund was seized for back child support payment. However, the evidence presented on my behalf before the Duval County Court in Jacksonville, Florida shows not only i never owed any back child support payment but i also paid more than what í was required to pay under the law. Still the State of Florida government has not returned my money with interest and expenses that they robbed or illegally seized from my trust fund account. Honorable Mr. President Barack Obama, as you can see, the fight for equal justice and civil right is not over because the United States of America is a nation where the government still practices even today injustices, racism and corruptions.
