Please help our women participate in an upcoming recovery convention. Every year, we work to provide our ladies, along with their children, the opportunity to attend a 12-step Recovery Convention. This year’s convention will take place August 22 - 25, 2013 at the JW Marriott Resort & Spa in Palm Desert. The trip is an opportunity for our women to deepen their recovery by participating in 12-step meetings and workshops. For many of our women and children, it is also the only time they have ever taken a family vacation or left the South Los Angeles area except for being incarcerated. We want to help our women residents make positive connections and support their ongoing recovery through this special “exposure” trip.
