Please keep my Dad in your prayers. He fell on some ice over the weekend. He was still in pain today, so he went to the Drs. Long story short is that he cracked some ribs, which punctured his lung, filled it with fluid and partially collapsed it. They did surgery today to put in a drain, in hopes to get the fluids out of the lung so that it can begin to reinflate and heal. If the drain doesnt work well enough, they will have to do additional surgery to remove the fluids. So, pray that the drain will do its job. :-) He will be in the hospital for 3-4 days, and off work for 3-4 weeks to recover. He is in a great deal of pain, so please keep him in your prayers for a quick and speedy recovery, and that he will get some relief and sleep soon. Thanks a bunch!
