Even you have some weaknesses. Everyone has weaknesses. No matter whom you marry, the person will surely have some weaknesses. Knowing that anyone you marry would have some weaknesses, then it is vital that you have to bear your spouse’s weaknesses. If you do not bear your spouse’s weaknesses, the weaknesses will weary and frustrate you. If you discover any area of weakness in your spouse, it means that you are stronger than your spouse in that area. And the Bible says you should bear the weakness. “We then that are strong ought to bear the infirmities of the weak, and not to please ourselves” (Romans 15:1). The Bible passage above says those that are stronger should bear the infirmities of the weaker ones. No matter the weaknesses your spouse has, bear the burdens. Do you know that by bearing your spouse’s burdens, you are fulfilling the law of Jesus Christ? Bear ye one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ (Galatians 6:2). Start bearing your spouse’s burdens and by so doing, you will fulfill the law of Christ. Stop complaining about your spouse.
