Please like, share, tag a friend. TODAYS 2 MINUTE EXERCISE CHALLENGE using 2 Dumbbells (water bottles, wood blocks, bricks) - 1 minute holding a press up position and rowing the dumbbells up to alternative sides Followed by - 1 minute holding press up position on the Dumbbells and jumping legs forward & back Great whole body workout. Only takes 2 minutes, does not need much room and no equipment. Stretch too. High 5, Matt Swaz Fitness :-) #2minuteexercise
