Please, listen up. I know its frustrating, all the issues going on. Ive been frustrated too, but then when I got a reply from Brian, I had forgotten how programs can work. Take it from me (PLEASE...I used to be a software tech for check processing company)....You can run programs through test equipment, but when they go Live they do not always act as they should. Sometimes there are hidden bugs that come out once its put in place. It can happen immediately, or it can happen over a couple of days. Its not a Physical Part that can be replaced. Its in the software (or programming). And its not always a quick fix either. When it is, thats wonderful! But there are times you can fix one bug, which creates other problems. Then you fix that, and you have another problem. And it steam rolls until you finally get them all. Its like taking a recipe and adding a table spoon of salt instead of a teaspoon, and thats mixed into another batch of ingredients and you dont know it until it doesnt start to bake correctly. Its not as simple as adding that much more of the other ingredients and mixing it in now that youve baked some of it. So they need to keep adding or subtracting amounts to try to get it to the right mixture...and then FINALLY you get it to work out. But it takes time, patience and Trial and Error. I know some of the answers we get from Brian Arkadium Peterson arent what we want to hear (been there myself), but they are consistent with what they can and will do (and I think its more of what they CAN do because of programming, not that they wouldnt want to do more....like replace boosts lost.) They have no way to know if we are telling the truth with which boosts we lost or how many...so how could they possibly replace? Same with coins. But I do think they have been MORE than fair with what the HAVE done and given us when thing Have gone wrong. Example: Last weekend we got TRIPLE coins to make up for the event issues. To me that was ABOVE what they could have done. That was Better than extending the event that many hours longer into the next day. I think there is a bit of greed going on out there, because they HAVE given us more than they needed to, now its come to be expected by many. Take a step back and look at how YOU would handle things in these situations if it were Your game having the issues. How would you handle some of these customers? They can only GIVE so much. Really, whats out of our pockets (other than PAID for things like 2xp/2xcoin or coins...but those they can track and take care of). But if its Earned from playing or someone sent with earned coins? Does it really cost you anything other than Time? And wouldnt you have spent that lost time on here anyways? I know I needed a smack to realize some of this too (I gave it to myself when I started thinking about it, and from a simple response...Yes sometimes they need to rule out the simple fixes, even though we may take offense to that, because we are not dumb. But they cannot see what we did or tried, all they can do is ask us and rule that out). So, I thought Id share that Smack with all of you and hope it helps us all calm down some. Give it some time. If it doesnt get better, then do what you gotta do. I truly hope you all have a good weekend, whether you play the game or not. Lets just pray for a good outcome and if not, Ill be sure to start some other kind of game on here for us to do while we wait (in between getting things done around my home that I need/want to do) :D
