Please offer your thoughts to this sweet reader: Reading the post about the member who Facebook stalked her ex has really hit home with me. My ex gave me all his passwords and he hasnt changed them . I am sorry to say I have read his posts and entries and have only succeeded in completely upsetting myself. This was the man who said - I want to be there for you. I will never hurt you. If anything goes wrong with this relationship I will go right off the rails - and that is just a few. Well, he didnt go off the rails, he got back on the net and started the same routine that he used with me. He even berated me to his mates on Facebook which was spiteful and upsetting. I had been on my own for years and believed the nice things he said. He left me feeling, middle aged, frumpy and sad. I know I am better than that but it is like some drug that you need to know what they are doing . I read that post and I have now promised myself - enough. No more reading his stuff or feeling stupid . He is the one with the issues , I sadly was one of his victims. Yes, I do miss the texts and phone calls when things were good but he didnt mean any of it. Its a hard lesson to learn and I know it will be along time before the scars heal - but they will define me - I will get through it.
