Please please pray for our family! Sophie had a good doctor report yesterday - the area that they thought might need surgery this week looks like it is trying to heal on its own-they did a culture to make sure no infection - culture should be back in 3 days- continued prayers for no infections, and for all areas and unknown to heal so no surgery will be necessary in future-itching , or breaking of skin can cause wounds to open which would not be good and will then raise concern for additional surgeries- doctors were happy with what her body is doing on its own at this time- more smiles - she was fitted for her compression pants/ outfits- yesterday - she will have to wear those for 2+ yrs to increase - movement, pressure, blood flow and prevent scarring-not to mention it is a lot easier for me to do dressings - working with anxiety and just pure discomfort for her- pray for calm ,peace, for her in this time and that my baby cakes can rest her pretty head at nite and get sleep-
